Guarantee - All of Sanctuary sauna's Products come with a 2 year parts warranty.  If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, Sanctuary Sauna will replace the part at no charge to the customer, and ship it to the customer for free.

For most consumers, electrical certification is taken for granted. Often times many consumers do not even think about or look to see if a product they are about to purchase displays a safety agency mark. But, without a safety agency listing, there is no proof that a product passes electrical and safety standards.
