| Shipping |
Depending on the shower unit you bought, your unit will be shipped in 2-3 palletized wooden crates which will protect your unit from damage. These crates will fit through any standard door. We ship our units via freight truck within the continental United States. Shipping outside the continental US will incur additional fees. We will ship your unit out approximately 3 business days after your initial order if the unit is available. You should receive your unit within 7-10 days after leaving our warehouse considering there are no delays with the shipping company or with any weather conditions. All shipments will be curbside delivery only. Please make sure you have some help when accepting this shipment. |

Upon arrival of your unit, please inspect the exterior and interior for damages. You must open and inspect the parts for any type of damage and report it to the driver IMMEDIATELY. For any damages you see, PLEASE WRITE IT on the Delivery Bill of Lading and YOU MUST HAVE THE DRIVER NOTE THIS WITH HIS OWN SIGNATURE AND WRITING AND KEEP YOUR COPY. Immediately contact us for more information. Also we will need you to fax that Copy to 480-656-0545. If the unit is signed without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. There is no way we can process the insurance claim with the freight company if signed (which means you received it in good condition). We will do everything in our power to help you on a claim if this shall come up. In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of replacement unit or parts that are damaged. After writing "damaged" on the bill of lading, you have 72 hours to report the contents that are damaged to us. Please do not wait as this is very IMPORTANT, otherwise the freight company will not cover the replacement charges and you will be held liable. |

PLEASE KEEP ALL BOXES AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. IF THE UNIT IS DAMAGED, THE INSPECTOR WILL NEED TO COME AND INSPECT THE PACKAGE TO SEE HOW DAMAGED IT IS AND WHAT THEY ARE ABLE TO FILE ON THE CLAIM. IF THE BOXES AND PACKAGING ARE MISSING, THE FREIGHT COMPANY WILL SAY THEY ARE NOT LIABLE SINCE IT CAN'T BE PROVEN THAT THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH DAMAGES WITHOUT SEEING THE CRATE/BOX. |

It is important that you inspect your package by opening it, please open it carefully and keep the box/crate in its original form using a box cutter for cutting tape. If the package is damaged, you may have to put the product back in the original packaging to prevent from further damage back to our warehouse. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT WEEKS OR MONTHS TO OPEN UP YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE INSPECT IT IMMEDIATELY EVEN IF YOU WILL NOT BE INSTALLING THE UNIT. The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages the 72 hrs after delivery. If a shipment comes in different boxes and it comes damaged, please only refuse the package that is damaged and we will ship you out a new part subject to availability. Again, if one crate is damaged, please just refuse the damaged crate back, not the entire unit. |

| Terms |
The purchaser of the shower unit accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation and installation. The purchaser is responsible for any installation cost. This unit must also be installed by a licensed professional plumber, or it could result in the void of any warranties. The purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of the seller, its officers and employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liability arising from the use of this product. By purchasing this item the purchaser agrees to the above conditions of this sale and absolves seller, its officers, and employees of any and all liability regardless of its origin in the use of this product. |

Prices, pictures, descriptions, and content are subject to change without notice. Pictures are not to scale. Additional descriptive pictures of our units may not have been taken of the specific model, but some are universal pictures that acts as a reference of jets and close-ups shots of accessories. |

| Returns/Exchanges |
Sanctuary Sauna will accept the cancellation and return of all items returned within 5 days from the day after the product was delivered providing the items are in perfect unused, re-saleable condition with the original sealed packaging. If packaging is unsealed it must be resealed. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%. A restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied if not returned in good faith (used products, not packaged properly, etc). If you would like to make a return then please send your request in writing (fax or email) to our Sanctuary Sauna head office so we can resolve your request. |

For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using check, the refund will be applied to using a company check. |

| Cancellation Policy |
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your order within 48 hours if the order has not been shipped yet. If you choose to cancel the order after this grace period, you will be charged a 5% processing fee.

| All orders that are cancelled will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed. If an order has been shipped out and you choose to cancel while the order is in transit (the order has shipped from our warehouse), you will have to pay for the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a restocking fee of 15%. If your order is not in stock then a member of our sales team will contact you and give you a revised delivery date. At this point you have the option to withdraw the order if you are unable to wait. |
